§ 1

b) ANNEMONE presents digital photos offered products of women's clothing. Photos of offered products of women's clothing by ANNEMONE, we strive to make presented photos have highest quality and accurately reflect the actual state and colour products. § 5

a) Order in the online store consists of using the form available on the website http://www.annemone.pl

For an annual payment, the buyer is obliged to confirm the read and accept the terms and conditions. Payment should be made within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order. The payment of the price is a necessary condition for the implementation of the concluded contract of sale.

§ 6

a) all prices on our website are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices.

(b)) prices of products do not include the cost of delivery.

§ 7

(c)) for contracts with a value below £ 100 shipping cost is paid by the customer and is 10 EUR for courier GLS and 8 EUR for shipments to a Packstation Inpost.

§ 8

ANNEMONE is not responsible for the consequences of random events that had no effect, and that prevented or hindered the performance of the contract (fire, flood, strike, etc.)

§ 9

The return takes place on the expense.

(b)) Goods returned must not wear signs of use. Delivered must be intact, that is, that in which it was delivered to the client (in original packaging). If the item is returned in accordance with the rules and applicable law, ANNEMONE returns paid the purchase price and shipping costs within 14 working days to the bank account specified by the customer.
